We’re Changing the Narrative in Running Sports Medicine.

At our clinic, we treat motivated runners with individualized care, deeper education, and strength-based programs. We are more than just physical therapists, we act as running consultants to our patients.

Why Work With Us

We’re not an insurance-driven clinic. We’re a performance-focused practice that values time, quality and outcomes for every patient. If you’re passionate about helping runners and active clients AND you want to do it in a flexible environment, this could be the opportunity for you. Tempo PT & Performance prioritizes:

  • One-on-one sessions ALWAYS

  • Longer appointments so you can coach, educate and progress clients effectively

  • Emphasis on running analysis, strength training and performance rehab

  • Supportive culture that prioritizes mentorship, growth and clinician autonomy

This role is a great fit if you want to practice movement-focused, thoughtful physical therapy…not rushed volume care.
