Welcome to Phase 2-You’re in the Right Place
You’ve put in the work during your evaluation and Phase 1 sessions. Now it’s time to build resilience, stack consistency and stay ahead of injury so you can train with confidence. Phase 2 is where healthy, durable, high-performing runners are built.
This membership gives you ongoing access to your PT, consistent strength progressions and the accountability runners need to keep improving.

It’s easy!
Option A: Log into your patient portal and schedule your appointments with just the click of a button.
Option B: Send us a text/email and we can let you know what’s available.
Option C: Make sure you’re all scheduled in advance before you leave your appointment.

Runners in our Phase 2 program are charged at the start of each month. We require a card to remain on file for this reason.

No worries! You will still be charged as normal but your visits can roll over to be used in the upcoming months.

Runners are free to cancel their membership at any time. We just ask that you do so at least 5 days before the end of the month if you wish to not be charged. If your card has already been charged for the month, you will be able to still use that monthly visit as you choose.
