Unlock Your Best Run with 3D Gait Analysis

See exactly what’s holding you back—pain, inefficiency, form breakdowns—and get a personalized plan to fix it

Most Runners Don’t Know Why They’re Getting Hurt.

Pain, recurring injuries, and inconsistent training usually come from one issue:
You can’t fix what you can’t see.

Common problems we find:

  • Collapsing hips during stride

  • Overstriding

  • Poor cadence control

  • Weakness through the chain (foot → hip)

  • Asymmetries leading to repeated injuries

  • Inefficient mechanics wasting energy

You’re putting in the miles.
Gait analysis helps you make sure they’re working for you, not against you.

A Simple, Powerful 3-Step Experience

Step 1: Pre-Run Evaluation

We assess mobility, strength, movement patterns, and any injuries you’re dealing with.

Step 2: 3D Gait Analysis with Runeasi

You run on the treadmill while sensors capture your biomechanics.

We break down the real causes of pain, inefficiencies, and performance limitations.

Step 3: Your Personalized Plan

You leave with:

  • Clear explanations of your gait data

  • Specific corrections for form and stride

  • Targeted strength exercises

  • Technique adjustments you can implement immediately

  • A path forward for pain-free, stronger, and more efficient running

This is not a generic form check—it's precision performance testing for runners.

 FAQs

  • We are considered an out-of-network (OON) provider. We do not contract directly with any insurance companies, but will provide the appropriate invoices and documentation upon request if you would like to pursue reimbursement directly with your insurance company. It is up to you to contact your insurance company to understand your out of network benefits.

Insurance based models usually require you to come multiple times a week for several months while we typically see our patients once a week, progressing towards more time in between visits. Patients in the insurance model can find themselves paying higher prices for less quality care before their co-pay kicks in. As an OON provider, we aren’t limited to only treating the symptomatic area but are able to address the whole body in order to better get to the root of the problem. Oftentimes, you will find our personalized treatment style will get you better faster, saving both money and time.

You can use your health savings accounts (HSA) and flex savings accounts (FSA) to pay for treatment

  • Nope! Our physical therapists have experience with treating patients of all ages and of various sport/athletic backgrounds. They work with triathlon, soccer, lacrosse, tennis, CrossFit athletes on a regular basis as well as the general active adult population.

  • We treat a ton of different injuries but some of the most common injuries we see are IT Band syndrome, Achilles tendinitis, shin splints, stress fractures and runner’s knee.

  • Be ready to talk because we want to learn about you! Your first session will be an hour long 1-on-1 session with the PT in order to discuss things such as current injuries, upcoming races, current training status, past running related injuries and much more.

We will follow that up with a comprehensive physical exam to evaluate your movement patterns, stability, strength and flexibility. From there, we will discuss these findings with you and make recommendations for continued treatment.

Our goal is to have you leave the first session with complete understanding of your symptoms which will make for a better recovery process and help you get back to running faster!

  • No, you can get started getting rid of your pain right now! GA has a direct access law that allows patients to see their PT without a referral from the doctor for 8 visits or 21 days, whichever comes first. You can receive a referral from your primary care physician, chiropractor or other speciality physicians in the state of GA. There are some circumstances where you can extend treatment without the referral and am happy to discuss more to see if that applies to you.
